ABOUT GEMMA BIBBY

I joined the New Homes industry in 2007 as a Sales Executive and worked my way up (most recently) at Taylor Wimpey plc to Sales & Marketing Director for the past 6 years. In this time I have developed a wide range of experience and expertise in the sector. For me, people & property sales are central to my mission. I love the world of property and all of the challenge that goes with it. I equally love the people side helping to drive performance, coach for better outcomes and enable my team to grow and flourish into strong, tenacious individuals. My focus has always been on achieving sales through spot on Marketing and through service from my team which means our customers have a fantastic experience whilst securing their dream home. In my capacity as Sales & Marketing Director my role included the following responsibilities- Leading the Sales & Marketing team including 20 Sales Execs, 3 Sales Managers & Head Office team including Marketing Exec, Part Exchange & Progression Manager, Options & Admin- Responsible for up to 12 open outlets with an average selling price of up to in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West of London ranging from apartment to premium housing schemes - Managing the overall Sales & Marketing budget to target savings and achieve sales in line with budget - Working closely with all departments and Group function teams to achieve target completion numbers year on year - Land Acquisition & Planning / Design with the end user/customer demography at the heart of the decision making
