My expertise as a source of value creation My first 16 years of experience, in the European and International field of energy: customers support service and the commissioning of power plants offered me a possibility to develop strong expertise mainly aimed at O&M management (cost reduction and operation excellence) and, problem solving regarding technical issues (knowledge in the commissioning of the gas turbines and power trains); For the past 12 years of experience in the operational management of the Power plants, in negotiation, in contractual relationship management, in working management at Join-Ventures level, in the organization of the way of working of the power plants and in stakeholder management at the national level offer me a possibility to build a large knowledge and expertise in the development of the new way of managing improvements at site level and a way of challenging off site performance through action plans at Métier Generation level – the only way to sustain and maximize the technical-economic value of the power plant
