Ensured quality onboarding experience from offer acceptance step to day 1 onboarding while showcasing Cox’s brand and values. Provided strategic HR support to executive leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, and other boundary partners to resolve hiring issues and guarantee seamless integration into the business. Helped to align the Onboarding team’s goals to create an enterprise-wide onboarding experience and improve the collaboration between various teams by completing new onboarding process map for all boundary partners. Facilitated in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for hundreds of new hires on a weekly basis. Led project to develop robust onboarding journeys in Workday which detailed pertinent tasks for a hire’s first 90 days of employment. Spearheaded new pricing strategy for company-wide new hire gifting project. Coordinated new hire events on campus to boost employee engagement and help hires navigate their early stages at Cox. Planned Annual Onboarding Summit at headquarters and coached other HR professionals on building their own onboarding experience at their locations. Investigated, troubleshooted, and resolved issues related to Workday errors, systems access, credentialing, hardware, etc. Assisted in managing extensive communications plan for the entire new hire population.
