With over 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives on finding and developing the best engineering talent for GE Aerospace. I currently lead a team of 20 recruiters across the US and Mexico, managing and filling requisitions for GE Aerospace\'s Engineering function, which is dedicated to moving the aerospace industry forward with innovation and excellence.I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for the business, leveraging my skills in competitive intelligence, market analysis, diversity recruiting, OFCCP compliance, and data management. I also hold a Six Sigma DMAIC certification, which enables me to apply a data-driven and customer-focused approach to improving the quality and efficiency of the talent acquisition process. Additionally, I am involved in several initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, compliance, and talent development within the organization.
