o Design and implementation of Air Canada’s first DEI data strategy, dashboard, and stakeholder scorecards; selection of DEI-related metrics/KPIs to be factored into leaders’ quarterly performance reviews.o Establishment and co-leading of DEI Executive Council, the highest governing body at Air Canada for DEI-related decision making, composed of the CEO, Executives and DEI Director. Responsible for presenting and facilitating discussions at quarterly meetings as well as actioning and delivering on Council directives. o Establishment and co-leading of the DEI Steering Committee, a cross-functional working group with representation from all company branches, unions, employee resource groups etc. Responsible for presenting and facilitating discussions at quarterly meetings and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on Committee action items.o Developing Air Canada’s first supplier diversity program in collaboration with Strategic Procurement Team and external partners such as Canadian certifying associations (e.g, Women Business Enterprises Canada, Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce etc.)o Acting as a subject matter expert as a key diversity advisor, providing purposeful talent advice and expert knowledge to the Talent Acquisition team, internal and external clients, and hiring managers based on market intelligence, best practices, and changing business needs. Developed recruitment recommendations, policies, synchronous and asynchronous trainings in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team.o Designed, developed, and facilitated a blended learning program on 2SLGBTQIA+ Awareness.o Collaborated with Indigenous consultants on the design and development of a blended learning program on Indigenous Peoples, land stewardship, developing and delivering land acknowledgements etc.o Promoting and coaching people managers, branches, and HRDs in implementing inclusive workplace policies.
