About Geet Rathi

Geet is a Creative Director, VP at Area 23, NY. Previously she was a Design Director and a Creative Director, with TBWA India, and headed design duties for TBWA Design By Disruption. She is 2020 Campaign Brief Asia\'s 8th most awarded creative in India. A design specialist but first and foremost an ideas person. She aspires to create work that’s worth talking about and gives people a reason to care. She likes to think of a solution first and then think about the form it would take, and that’s her mantra in most of the work she creates. Geet has won numerous local and international awards including a United Nations Grand Prix for Good in Healthcare for Blink To Speak - World’s first eye language guide. She has been jury at Cannes Lions, Dubai Lynx, Adfest, Global Awards, ADstars, One Show, Young Lions Live and Kyoorius Design Awards. She lead as Jury President at Loeries Awards in SA for Design and Kancil Awards in Malaysia. She plays an active role in growing and mentoring young women into future creative leaders in an area of personal passion. She was recognised as Campaign Asia Pacific Women to Watch 2018. She is the one who’s behind the Grand Prix winning work - Blink To Speak. She conceived and designed the world’s first eye language - Blink To Speak with her team at TBWA. She has also won Grand Prix at Spikes Asia 2019 for the work One Mindful Mind - A positive psychology toolkit for children for NeuroGen Brain and Spine Institute. Before TBWA she worked at Media Arts Lab as a Creative Director, Art on Apple.
