About Geetika Sarda
Finance professional with cross-market experience spanning alternative investments, equity derivatives, and the digital assets ecosystem. I began my career at Arcesium (a D.E. Shaw spin-off) supporting multi-strategy alternative funds, followed by Goldman Sachs, where I managed P&L as a Product Controller, worked on valuation controls, and month-end price verification for the Asia Equity Derivatives desk.Currently, I’m a Finance Manager at FalconX, building scalable accounting and control frameworks for a high-growth digital assets trading platform. My work includes leading key finance initiatives such as Series D financial due diligence, FalconX’s first Big 4 audit, Transfer Pricing policy adoption for the group and strengthening internal processes as institutional adoption accelerates. I’m especially passionate about digital assets technical accounting, regulation, and how innovation is shaping the future of this asset class.Outside work, I love traveling, adventure sports, and board games—and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
