1.Leading the development and optimization of fermentation processes for the production of high-value compounds2.Managing fermentation projects from concept to commercialization, including project planning, experimental design, data analysis, and reporting3.Conducting fermentation experiments at various scales, from shake flasks to pilot-scale bioreactors -(Eppendorf, Ambr250, Infors, Sartorious) and optimizing fermentation process parameters to maximize product yields and quality4.Developing and implementing analytical methods for monitoring fermentation performance, such as cell density, metabolite production, and product quality attributes5.Collaborating with other teams within CPI, such as Downstream Processing, Analytical Sciences, and Business Development, to ensure the delivery of high quality products to the clients6.Support CPI Biologics for the manufacture of mosaic RBD nanoparticles in GMP laboratories.
