At CDTRP, I lead and oversee national investigator-initiated and industry-partnered studies in transplantation and donation medicine. I have a Master\'s degree in Health Technology Assessment and Management and I am certified as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) by the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).My core competencies include writing study protocols and consent forms, submitting ethics applications, conducting complex data analysis, and disseminating findings through workshops, conferences, and peer-reviewed publications. I also mentor and train junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, scientists, and administrators. My mission is to manage studies using innovative solutions to challenges, gather objective evidence with a diverse group of patients and families and ultimately change policies so that they work for real people.
