I have extensive experience in the Human Resources (HR) field, spanning over several years in various organizations. I have held different HR roles, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and progressing to HR Manager.In my current role, I have been responsible for leading talent acquisition, organizing employee appraisal reviews, and setting up compensation and benefits structures according to market conditions and budget demands. You have also been actively involved in maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs, Policies, HR compliances, and employee engagementIn my previous roles, I have developed and implemented HR plans, policies, programs, and tools to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business. Additionally, I have actively engaged with managers & leaders to identify the development needs of their teams and individuals.My experience in developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them is noteworthy, as well as my skills in documentation and reporting relating to HR activities, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
