I’m a Operations and Finance Professional with experience in both B2C and B2B environments, particularly within the higher education and tech sectors. Over the years, I’ve worked on optimizing accounts receivable processes, improving collections, supporting invoicing, and helping align financial operations with business goals. Along the way, I’ve seen how even small process changes can create meaningful improvements—whether in cash flow, customer experience, or team collaboration.I recently completed my MBA in Big Data Management and Supply Chain Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. My thesis explored Enhancing Operational Efficiency in Multinational Corporations, focusing on how predictive analytics and thoughtful leadership can contribute to stronger business outcomes.At Babbel B2B finance role, I support operational processes like B2B accounts receivables, revenue recognition, invoice booking, and dunning, while working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. I’m comfortable with systems like Workday, and tools like Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau, and I always aim to work with accuracy and clarity.Earlier in my academic journey, I had the opportunity to serve as Class Representative and Student Council President during my bachelor’s studies—roles I was humbled to hold for three consecutive years by winning the election three times. That experience taught me a lot about teamwork, trust, and leading by listening.I bring a detail-oriented, proactive approach to my work and enjoy contributing to teams that are focused on efficiency, transparency, and shared success.
