With close to two decades of experience in People and Organisation Development, I work with leaders and high-potential managers to build clarity, confidence, and leadership capability. Fourteen years of my career were spent in the corporate world across organisations such as Godrej & Boyce, Times Network, Welspun Group and Reliance Industries, where my work focused on leadership development, competency frameworks, talent management, and organisational capability building. Today, as a Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Assessor, I continue to support professionals and organisations in strengthening leadership capability and talent readiness. Over the last few years my work has included: • 840+ hours of leadership and executive coaching • 150+ assessment & development centres • leaders assessed across industries I have partnered with organisations such as Central Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Mahindra & Mahindra, General Mills, ACG, TVS Motors, Continental, Bosch, Cipla and DMart. Through my work as an assessor with firms such as Mercer, EY, G9 Consulting and People Business, I have worked closely with organisations in banking, manufacturing, automotive and pharma sectors to support leadership and talent development initiatives. I am an ICF-PCC credentialed coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Design Thinking facilitator.
