With over 15 years of experience as an IT and Digitalization Manager (a significant part of which was at Bayer AG), I combine technological excellence with modern, human-centric leadership to make organizations future-ready. My mission: Digital transformation with strategic impact and a human focus – especially in pharma, biotech, and regulated industries. I view digital transformation as a leadership mandate that extends beyond technology and sustainably shapes structures, ways of working, and culture. My approach: I build organizations by developing leadership teams, establishing clear principles, and scaling leadership to ensure sustainable success even without my direct presence. In doing so, I rely on economically sound, data-driven solutions, AI-supported automation, and the optimization of value chains. Highlights of my experience: Development and implementation of complex MES strategies (e.g, Pharma API). Management of global IT & automation programs (strategic investments up to €300M). Building and leading high-performance teams (e.g,\"Innovation Technology Team,\" SAP S/4HANA Readiness Organization). Actively shaping change processes and transferring innovative technologies into scalable, practical solutions (GxP environment). I am seeking a strategic leadership role with scope for design to contribute my expertise in IT strategy, organizational development, and value-oriented leadership, and thus realize my vision of a corporate landscape where technology and digitalization serve as enablers for human potential and sustainable progress – agile, resilient, and innovation-friendly through a culture of strategic foresight and human-centric leadership.
