About Geedha K
I am an inquisitive trainer who is passionate about transforming students into level-headed corporate associates. “Ma\'am, I have an exemplary idea, but I couldn\'t furnish that in an open forum as I’m afraid of the crowd.\" I strive hard to change this mindset of the students by training them in communication, leadership, presentation, and creative thinking. Firstly, for me, communication is not a lesson that could be learned but is a skill that has to be acquired by accompanying it with confidence. I catalyse the communication skills of the students by building confidence with quenching prompts and responsive activities. Secondly, leaders are the co-explorers, not the travel guides. So, I inculcate leadership in students within the framework of design thinking, where targets and team welfare are predominantly concentrated. I tutor students for placement-oriented rounds such as verbal ability, group discussion, just a minute, pecha kucha presentation, and elevator pitch. Eventually, I provide comprehensive training that makes a student the best fit for corporate professions.
