A results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst and Data Strategist with a diverse background in data analytics, business strategy, and technical execution, I specialize in transforming raw data into impactful business insights that drive growth and efficiency. My journey spans from construction engineering to acquiring advanced skills through an MBA, a Bachelor\'s in Business Management, and a Data Analytics Bootcamp from the University of Toronto, culminating in deep expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence.In my current role at Mofer Coffee, Toronto, I oversee sales, inventory, and customer data analysis, leveraging tools like Power BI and Tableau to build interactive dashboards and create automated reporting systems. This work enables real-time insights that guide strategic decision-making and improve branch-level performance. Additionally, I’ve implemented demand forecasting models that optimize inventory management, significantly reducing overstock and stockouts.My prior experience at Icon Business Consultancy in Addis Ababa as a Junior Data Analyst sharpened my skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI, where I developed automated reporting systems, analyzed HR and talent acquisition data, and streamlined operational processes, resulting in more efficient decision-making.Throughout my career, I’ve focused on bridging the gap between data science and business strategy, whether it\'s through creating interactive dashboards, developing machine learning models, or building efficient data pipelines.
