With over eight years of experience as an Entertainment Manager at Raglan Road Irish Bar, I am passionate about providing high-quality entertainment for an upmarket Irish sports bar offering food and live music. My mission is to create authentic Irish pub experiences that attract and retain customers, as well as generate revenue and positive feedback. I have extensive experience in setting up and managing Irish bars and pubs, as well as organising events, booking bands, DJs, and hosting charity events. I also have strong skills in new business development, social media marketing, and customer satisfaction. I am always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance the entertainment offerings and customer satisfaction at Raglan Road. I work with a talented and dedicated team of staff, musicians, and partners to deliver memorable and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
