ABOUT GED BRETHERTON

I’m someone who loves helping businesses grow—but more than that, I care deeply about building teams where people feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. I’ve spent years in business development and sales, but what really drives me is creating inclusive spaces where everyone, especially neurodivergent individuals, can show up as themselves and thrive.I find a lot of purpose in mentoring and supporting others, and I genuinely enjoy bringing people together—whether that’s to solve a problem, build a new partnership, or create lasting change. I try to lead with empathy, make bold (but thoughtful) decisions, and stay grounded in my values of inclusion and equity.I’ve worked across local government and the private sector, often at the intersection of policy and people.
