With an AS in Architecture from Orange Coast College, I blend technical precision with a creative eye to deliver projects that reshape client perceptions and set new industry standards. My commitment to excellence is reflected in leading a dedicated team to complete advanced surveying tasks efficiently. We prioritize collaboration and quality, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations while pushing the boundaries of architectural technology and sustainability. Additionally I am a seasoned architectural drafter with over 5 years of experience, primarily focusing on residential projects, with additional experience in commercial work. My specialization lies in construction documentation and project management, developed through hands-on coordination with project designers, managers, and principals. I’ve overseen the management of 5-10 floor plan types from the schematic phase through to construction documents and building department submittals. This experience has honed my skills in resolving technical issues, ensuring code compliance, and drafting precise construction documents, particularly using AutoCAD Architecture. This combination of practical project management and meticulous documentation has allowed me to effectively contribute to high-quality architectural projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to construction. In my spare time, I am actively preparing for my architecture licensing exams, while also gaining valuable hands-on experience by working alongside licensed general contractors. This field experience not only enhances my practical understanding of construction processes but also complements my architectural expertise, allowing me to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
