I lead our graphics team within a larger communications team.• Weekly work programming management for our team of four. Managing incoming tasks and responding to workload across two offices.• Offering design overview of design work produced by others.• Working to evolve internal brand guidelines and workflow.• Managing our internal CMS• Working with the PR and marketing team to create various marketing materials and all event media. • Working with both the urban design and architectural teams to produce a broad and varied range of complex documentation for internal and external use, to a high design standard. These include planning applications, design and access statements, vision statements, heritage reports, client presentations, expressions of interest, and more.• Digitally colouring elevations, site plans, sections, and aerial views drawn by architects.• Gaining experience using Archicad and SketchUp for interior architectural work. I’ve produced interior elevations and detail drawings for lighting, sanitaryware, and furniture layouts based on FF & E specifications from external interior designers.• Designing, planning, and producing 3D rendered layouts for proposed design changes to the office layout, using SketchUp and Enscape. I’ve also used VRay (3D plugin for SketchUp).

ABOUT JENNIFER HOLMES
As a senior graphic designer, I work for a traditional architectural practice in Winchester, UK. In addition to my duties in designing and preparing architectural visuals and documents, and all marketing collateral, I hold a BA (Hons) in Interior Design. I have become proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Vray, and Archicad, producing interior elevations, 3D visuals, detail drawings, and furniture layouts based on FF & E specifications. in my previous role, I was Creative Head and Senior Graphic Designer for a technology company, within a brand management and marketing team. I managed the design team and our creative projects, in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities included campaign development, creative oversight of projects, managing and helping to evolve brand guidelines, regularly generating new and exciting creative material, supporting social, digital, and regional marketing teams to execute their marketing strategies, and supporting my fellow designers in their workflow. I\'m a trained artist and spend my free time painting in my studio. I primarily paint and also create linocut prints. I most enjoy tasks that allow creative freedom and require original thinking to solve problems. As a skilled and experienced artist and designer, I like to work on projects that allow me to grow and utilise all of my skills, wherever possible.
