I believe in the power of communities.My career at the intersection of community and economic development has shown me that we can affect positive change through hard work and the support of those around us. My background in planning, public policy, and real estate development has allowed me to build a network of advocates and professionals committed to improving the communities where we live.I have successfully developed and implemented strategies that provided the framework, policies, and resources to realize lasting, sustainable change. Whether it was a municipal ordinance update, a neighborhood revitalization plan, or the (re)development of a physical space, I have found that the trajectory of any community is not written in stone. Data (qualitative and quantitative), investment (equity investments, grants, incentives, and loans), and networks (bringing the right people to the table) all inform my approach.Over the last several years, I have worked in dozens of communities throughout New Jersey and been a part of efforts led by business leaders, municipal governments, non-profit organizations, and residents to realize the revitalization goals they want to see. I plan to build on this foundation and look forward to making an impact in more communities.
