As a member of the MHS IT and Digital Business Applications team, and in close collaboration with KPMG, I am both privileged and honored to serve as the Change Management & Training Lead for our ongoing system-wide Workday (ERP) Implementation and Adoption, dubbed Project Mercury. Alongside a dedicated and talented group of seasoned experts, I collaborate closely with MHS senior leadership, ensuring alignment, communication, and effective implementation of our strategic priorities, all centered around successful implementation and adoption. Moreover, I engage with a top-tier healthcare professional leadership team across all functional domains, as well as an extensive super user network of over 400 members, cultivating a work culture that emphasizes success, accountability, teamwork, transparency, and inclusivity.#iBelieve
