I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate and recover from the enduring effects of trauma. Using a psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach, I uncover the roots of struggles while fostering a sense of safety, trust, and empowerment throughout every step of the journey. I recently completed an EMDR training to better support clients in reprocessing painful memories or experiences and building resilience through adaptive coping strategies. As a certified health and nutrition coach, I also recognize the often overlooked physiological aspects of mental health and incorporate whole-person wellness into my therapeutic process.
