During the course of my career I have worked as a business operator, investor, and investment banker giving me experience from all sides of the transaction ledger.Prior to co-founding Jordan, Knauff & Company, I served as the General Partner-in-charge of the Chicago, Illinois, office of C.I.D. Equity Partners, a leading provider of venture capital and mezzanine financing to high growth companies. Prior to CID, I was a Principal and Manager of the Chicago, Illinois, office of C3 Holdings, L.L.C, a private merchant bank that specialized in acquisitions and industry consolidations.Additionally, I have been a Director and variously, Chairman of the Audit Committee or the Compensation Committee of many public and private companies, including NutriSystem®, Inc.(NASDAQ GS: NTRI), Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd.(Other OTC: APBL.PK), Sylvan Learning Centers, Inc, Propane Continental, Inc, Tom’s Foods, Inc, Truswal Systems, Inc, Durowal, Inc. and Smart Warehousing, L.L.C. He was a co-founder of Liberty Propane, L.P, Liberty Propane, G.P. and Smart Warehousing, L.L.C.
