As Corporate Vice President for Microsoft\'s U.S. Retail and Consumer Goods organization, I lead a business that serves the entire lifecycle and transformational needs of over 300 marquee brands in the retail and consumer goods industry. This industry is always about disruption, and I help shape what’s next at our customers with my expertise in digital transformation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.As a former leader for one of the manufacturing industry’s most dominant industrial automation and technology companies, I led technology and services businesses through a complete turnaround by designing and executing a strategy focused on growth and high-performance that spanned all facets of the business. I achieved my goals by fostering a culture of entrepreneurialism, continuous learning, and innovation. As a Hispanic female executive, I personally took on leadership roles in various Diversity & Inclusion constituencies. As the next generation in tech solutions leadership, I have a clear compass that grounds my mission and purpose to improve business outcomes and society at large. A model and catalyst for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and a mentor to many under-represented future leaders, I bring a unique voice to the leadership table. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Computer Applications and Spanish Literature. I also completed a Finance & Accounting concentration at Wharton. I recently served as the Board President of Canal Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to economic opportunity for the immigrant population in the northern Bay Area. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and three children.
