ABOUT GABRIEL BURGAZZI

I work at the intersection of innovation, impact, and systems design. I help businesses clarify how they work, turn ideas into action, and align their goals with real-world impact.A core part of my work is learning and development: designing learning experiences, coaching founders and teams, and supporting change at individual and organizational levels. I’m particularly interested in how mindset, narratives, and culture shape decision-making, and how limiting beliefs show up in strategy, execution, and team dynamics.Alongside this, I focus on process and systems design: creating structures, workflows, and digital environments that support clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. I operate across dimensions (social, circular, processes, product, finance), acting as a thinking partner who helps turn messy problems into clear frameworks and practical next steps. HIGHLIGHTS: Designing learning frameworks for accelerator programs and coaching founders. Founding and managing an edtech startup (Coditera), leading sprints and overseeing finances, marketing, product, and brand development. Redesigning marketing funnels and optimizing multi-channel strategies (Paxer). Consulting on technology and systems with C-level teams (DBAccess, Struxtion). Leading an educational NGO (UWC Venezuela) with over 80 volunteers, doubling outreach and increasing fundraising 6×. FAILURES: Postponing my thesis to found a startup, only to take a break two years later to complete it. Developed an immersive gamified learning experience but had to discontinue it due to a mismatched market. Trying to topple an authoritarian government through artistic resistance; apparently ineffective with military regimes. Oh, and singing to my plants seems to be insufficient to keep them alive…• Focus areas: Learning & Development · Coaching & Facilitation · Systems & Process Design · Consulting · Project & Product Management · Digital & Growth Strategy• Analytical & Strategic Skills: Data Analysis & Visualization · Process & Campaign Optimization · KPI Design · Financial Projections · Validation & Experimentation · Impact Assessment · Benchmarking• Facilitation & Collaboration: Design Thinking · Agile Ways of Working · Cross-functional Coordination · Training & Workshops · Interviewing · Narrative & Positioning · Pitching · Content Design• Tools & Platforms: R · Notion · HubSpot · Google (Analytics, GSC, Ads, GBP) · Microsoft (Loop, Whiteboard, Teams) · Airtable · Figma · Canva · Miro · WordPress · Meta Ads · Survey Tools · Loom · Office & iWork Suites
