   I design, build, modernize, migrate, and deploy scalable and extendable identity data platforms with complex workflows. Highlights : Led the modernization of an identity platform, replacing legacy directories and life cycle management platforms with RadiantOne Identity Data Management and SailPoint to enhance security, scalability, and governance. Designed and implemented a scalable identity correlation model, consolidating 1.8 million accounts into 200K global identity profiles to resolve multiple persona challenges, leveraging advanced data modeling techniques. Developed custom Java-based solutions, including a global GUID generator for consistent and traceable identity management within RadiantOne. Built multiple custom connectors in Java, integrating with web service endpoints such as Workday to streamline identity synchronization and provisioning. Delivered a scalable and extensible solution, laying the foundation for future identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. Designed and developed 40+ identity data pipelines using RadiantOne Global Sync for a divesture and ensured seamless end user experience and application migration. Proposed and implemented RadiantOne Federated Identity solution for a multi-cloud environment. Performed multiple minor and major upgrades to latest versions in multiple environments. Building technical artifacts with custom Java/Shell scripting along with infrastructure diagrams, flow and solution diagrams and scripts to automate flows as scheduled tasks are few of my skills that I deliver in the projects.
