I’ve managed large regional teams, overseen 50M+ P&L performance, driven growth strategies, and strengthened delivery systems across consulting, origination, and environmental services. Whether integrating acquisitions, optimizing utilization, or building new capabilities, I focus on creating the structure, accountability, and communication needed for teams to perform at a high level.Alongside my operational leadership experience, I bring expertise in environmental permitting and regulatory strategy. I’ve supported major oil, gas, power, and renewable programs through NEPA, FERC, USACE, and other federal and state processes—experience that helps me anticipate risk, guide project strategy, and align operational decisions with regulatory requirements. More recently, I\'ve expanded my expertise to support hyperscalers and data center developers.I’m at my best leading multidisciplinary teams, improving organizational performance, and helping companies deliver capital projects with discipline, efficiency, and reduced uncertainty.
