I have developed a specialty in the senior living and mid-/ high-rise residential sectors, higher education, and commercial retail building structures through 15 years of experience designing and leading the structural design team for a diverse portfolio of projects across the US and Caribbean, from 32-story high rise buildings to ground-up development of entire senior living campuses.My expertise is in design and project management of concrete and steel-framed buildings and the assessment of existing building structures.
