I\'m a technologist turned generalist, using my analytical background to drive strategic progress towards missions that matter Whilst I started out in mathematics and software engineering, I soon realised I was more interested in people, strategy, and solving organisational challenges, than in the code and product architecture. Leading software teams in small organisations and later at Microsoft confirmed to me that the most rewarding challenges were rarely just technical.After taking on a part-time MBA to learn more about wider business strategy, I sought a new challenge that satisfied my urge for true empowerment in my role and for greater belief in the impact I have on the world. That\'s how I ended up at Serene.At Serene, we are helping vulnerable people navigate financial challenges.
