I am a qualified Accountant, fully experienced in the Banking Sector. Experienced in Financial Reporting and Financial Control with an excellent track record of US GAAP and IFRS Financial Reporting. Fully experienced in accounting for a wide range of complex SPV structured trades including renewable energy investments, corporate restructures and acquisitions. Product experience includes, Loans, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives and FX, Futures and Options, with an up-to-date policy knowledge on the reporting of these products within the Financial Statements. Systems experience includes PeopleSoft, SAP, Summit, Bloomberg.• Financial Reporting: successful oversight and governance over the financial reporting for a wide range of Special Purpose Entities within a Strategic Transactions Business.
