As part of the TPS Services Risk and Cost Execution team, coordinator of the Asia Pacific Project Controllers team in charge of evaluate the profitability of the Long-Term Service Agreements in place with major International Oil Companies in the region. Main Projects APAC CSA (LTSA) portfolio (LNG & Power Gen Plants)|#10+ Contracts | Total Contract Value 2+B$. Main activities include: • Manage and drive team members in order to achieve quarterly targets and identify and implement best practice for process enhancement • Evaluation and forecast of economic impacts for the APAC Service portfolio; • Contract performance and variance analysis vs budget; • Definition, elaboration and updating of budget models; • Periodic reviews of contract results to VP and Regional Leaders.
