At 360 Total Concepts, I serve as a consultant for AECOM for Document Control work including the development and implementation of the Document Control Plan for efficient document processing of all communications, contractor submittals, and client and stakeholder documents. I\'m proud to be part of developing, modernization, and expanding the Peralta District educational facilities and buildings. Duties and Responsibilities- Provide secure and ready access to project documents- Provide secure file transfer- Ensure compliance with the project Quality Assurance Plan- Develop and implement a Document Control Plan- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations- Organize, monitor, and maintain files and records.
