A dynamic professional with extensive experience in Learning & Development/Sales across a range of industries, including: Retail, Recruitment, Call Centre, Distribution & Finance organisations both internally and externally. I have managed recruited, trained, developed, mentored, lead, coached, teams. The training programs that I have designed and delivered have been bespoke to that business and structured training in line with the business strategy and needs. I like to use blended learning when designing training materials so that I cover everyone’s learning style and keep the training fun and interactive. Key of learning is engagement, no engagement no learning. The training programs that i deliver and facilitate are 1-2-1, groups of 8 – 40. 1 day, 2 day & 3 day courses and 6 month management training course. The pleasure I get from being a L&D manager is seeing people grow and development, not only in their job role but as a person.
