My representations in complex business disputes extend to breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, California Business & Professions Section 17200, intentional interference with economic advantage, and breach of fiduciary duty matters. I also represent insurance companies and policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. I have defended and prosecuted litigation in the mortgage industry, and have represented realty and escrow companies and their agents in disputes arising out of the development and sale of real property, property improvements, and issues of nondisclosure.
