Managing performance of multiple third sector organisations who are collaborating to deliver across all aspects of an employability pathway funded by Opportunities Fife partnership.Working on three of the key strands of the No-One Left Behind ( NOLB) which are Adults 25+, Youths 19-24 and families. Ensuring that the partnership works and identifying opportunity for any of the partners collectively or separately. Representing the partnerships at meetings and networking for wider delivery options. Coordinating production of the annual training programme and ensuring the website is kept up to date as necessary.Monitoring the delivery of partner programmes to ensure that targets agreed in individual Service Level Agreements are met both at a partner level and for the Consortium as a whole. Where variances exist work with the partners to achieve mutually agreed solutions which ensure that Fife-ETC delivers its overall targets.Providing, reports to both funders and partners on performance against target and financial spend.Preparing and issuing delivery contracts for Partners and any other Subcontractors employed. Arranging payments and providing financial information around those payments.Producing quarterly budget updates.Creating and implementing appropriate systems for monitoring qualitative aspects of partner delivery and where necessary agree interventions with the Partner where delivery falls short of the required standard.Producing annual timetables and implementing auditing of each partners files, paperwork and data held on FORT related to the Consortium for accuracy and to ensure it meets European funding requirement. Where required, agree a plan to rectify any anomalies. Identifying risks and their mitigation to help ensure the continued delivery of Fife-ETC’s programmes.Facilitating the joint working of frontline staff, involved in programme delivery, encouraging a “solutions approach” to delivery of Fife-ETC programmes.
