North American Shale (NAS) Upstream Surface Engineering, 2016 - presentProvided facilities engineering support for both Eagle Ford Production Unit (EFPU) and Permian Production Unit (PMPU). Optimized production utilizing CygNet data and developed process surveillance tools utilizing PI ProcessBook. Demonstrated process safety leadership by facilitating process safety event investigation and PHAs, leading HAZOP action item close outs, and utilizing PHAST dispersion modeling. Coordinated EFPU production chemical activities reducing both CAPEX and OPEX costs. Completed multiple process engineering studies for the Eagle Ford Production Unit.• Successfully completed Blackhawk condensate trucking study with projected $13 MM revenue • Collaborated with multi-discipline team on the Eagle Ford Pressure Decline Strategic Study to evaluate field-wide compression alternatives, which generated an estimated $ 19 MM in CAPEX & OPEX savings over 5 years
