   In this role, I drove the NPI efforts for short read sequencing platform from concept to production ramp. I was responsible for transitioning the manufacturing processes to CMs. I identified and managed risks to the program in terms of manufacturing, supply chain and development efforts. I was responsible for production ramp up at CMs with focus on capacity planning, tools and fixture transfers, knowledge transfer and execution of manufacturing readiness.I Implemented strategic initiatives to optimise and streamline the manufacturing process resulting in 20% reduction in the number of test stations thereby generating annual savings and contributing to a more efficient and cost-effective testing environment.
