I work at the intersection of life sciences, lab systems, and technology, with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Benchling implementations in R&D environments.In my current role as an Associate, I work closely with business users to understand how labs actually operate and translate those processes into clear, functional systems. My experience includes configuring Benchling templates and workflows, gathering and documenting requirements, and managing sample, equipment, and inventory registration to support everyday lab operations. I’ve also been involved in functional testing, helping ensure solutions are stable, compliant, and ready for real-world use.What I enjoy most is bringing structure to ambiguity, asking the right questions, working with stakeholders, and shaping loosely defined lab needs into workflows that scientists can genuinely rely on. I’m particularly interested in building solutions that are not just technically sound, but also practical and scalable.As I grow professionally, I’m actively working toward Business Analyst roles, where I can take deeper ownership of requirements, drive process improvements, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within life sciences organizations.I also have a growing interest in AI and emerging technologies, especially in how they can improve data handling, automation, and decision-making in R&D settings.
