I worked with Avonmouth Church of England Primary School as an assistant teacher through ZEN Educate from Monday to Friday. This experience was incredibly rewarding and fulfilling as I get to contribute to the early education of young minds in our nursery.Some of my daily responsibilities included: Teaching basic phonics to help lay a strong foundation for reading and writing. Overlooking the children and ensuring their safety during outside play. Assisting the main teachers with classroom activities and lesson plans. Engaging with the kids in various creative and educational activities.
