Leading Ecotoxicology lab by following OECD principles of GLP and • Spearheading quality assurance audits of protocols, amendments & reports and ensuring study compliance with SOPs, GLP and other regulations • Driving the concerned personnel in drafting proper documentation and communicating with both national & international clients• Aiding administrative & scientific aspects for ecotoxicology studies, including pre-study tasks like protocol development & scheduling and monitoring the progress of assigned studies• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting Study Directors & Study Personnel and abetting client visits• Ensuring that the test facility activities follow the compliance of OECD principles of GLP • Maintaining the availability of qualified manpower, facilities, equipment & materials for the study• Responsible to ensure that the experiments on animals follow the procedures according to national & international standards of animal husbandry rules & compliance • Hiring SDs, QA, Archivist, TICO, consultants, experts, advisors and other related employees, overseeing the training of the staff involved in studies and evaluating the employee performances• Approving all original and revised Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring appropriate and technically validated Standard Operating Procedures are established and followed• Regularly monitoring the master schedule of all GLP & non-GLP non-clinical safety studies done by the test facility • Overseeing the calibration of glassware, pipettes, syringes, balances, electronic items, computers, etc. by nationally accredited agencies frequently• Handling studies at multiple locations and coordinating between SD, Principal Investigators, Quality Assurance and Study personnel• Correlating with national & international GLP authorities for compliance maintenance and conducting audits & inspections of test facilities if requested by the concerned authorities
