At PayPal, I led the development of a fully serverless payment processing API that handles transactions per day with 99.9% uptime. I migrated legacy on-prem systems to AWS using Lambda, ECS, EC2, and API Gateway, significantly improving scalability and reducing operational costs. I developed backend RESTful APIs using FastAPI, integrated with Aurora and DynamoDB, enabling real-time data handling for both relational and NoSQL storage.I also built robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline, ensuring reliable deployments and rollback capabilities. To enhance reliability, I used AWS Step Functions for orchestrating asynchronous workflows. I containerized services with Docker and deployed them via AWS Fargate and EKS.On the frontend, I developed React and Angular 16 modules for seamless user interaction. Additionally, I implemented monitoring dashboards using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Grafana for end-to-end visibility and troubleshooting.
