Life, Leadership, and Laughs: Navigating HR and Business Psychology with Wheels and Wit With 16+ years of HR and business psychology under my belt (or should I say lap, given my orthopaedically handicapped status), I’ve learned that the secret to success lies in resilience, resourcefulness, and sometimes rolling with life’s quirks—literally. 37 years strong, my journey on wheels has sharpened my creativity, fueled my determination, and given me a front-row seat to life’s unexpected opportunities. As an HR consultant, advisor, and executive search specialist, I don’t just “recruit” or “retain”—I orchestrate. I design HR strategies that elevate workplace cultures, craft policies that actually work, and transform leadership teams with CXO-level hiring solutions (across continents, no less). Employee experience surveys? Done. Leadership transformation? Let’s do it. And because life’s about more than work, I’ve diversified. I’m a certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor (processes matter), a resilience coach (life definitely matters), and a creative writer (stories are everything).
