In September 2018, Carlton co-founded House of Awe - a 360 degree movie marketing agency. Within a year the agency has become one of the top agencies in its field in India having worked with all the premier production houses in the country. In the first year House of Awe created movie marketing material like posters, trailers, online videos and title sequences for films like Badhaai Ho, Why Cheat India, Arjun Patiala, Kabir Singh, Junglee and Bhoot to name a few.Carlton D’Silva was the CEO & CCO at Hungama Digital Services. Carlton joined Hungama in and since then has won innumerable accolades for the company, such as the PMAA’s, Abby’s and The Globes. With over 20 years of experience, his expertise in the digital arena is imaginative and inspiring, giving the company a creative edge in the industry.Prior to Hungama, Carlton headed the Creative Department at Internet Resources Pvt. Limited. He then moved to Hungama in its early days in and was instrumental in creating the brand it is today. Carlton has been on the Jury Panel of the Cannes Advertising Awards in 2012. He is also on the jury of the Abby Awards (Ad Club of Bombay), Yahoo Big Idea Chair & was part of the jury in the New York Ad festival in 2010 & the Adfest Asia in 2011.
