Went to school for my degree in Human Services and always thought I wanted to work in the field of social work. The idea of helping people become better and helping them help themselves in realizing their potential made me so excited. Fast forward to now, never saw myself in the role of recruiting. I do exactly what I initially wanted to do with people but have a much bigger opportunity to help them grow in every aspect of their life. My candidates feel comfortable reaching out about personal problems, the rapport building I have done makes my role very fulfilling. The thing that makes me happiest is helping people and feeling as though I was a light to the people around me.
