About Gavriel Fox

An undergraduate senior at the University of Colorado, Boulder, I am studying Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in biomedical engineering.Plan is to pursue a career in neurotech, a field with great potential to benefit humanity in the coming decades. While redefining the relationship between humanity and our technology, I aim to act as a necessary ethical presence as Transhumanism gains traction.I finished a semester abroad at the National University of Singapore as an exchange student for Fall 2024, exposing myself to business culture in Southeast Asia and networking for future international entrepreneurial opportunities. In Spring 2025, I studied at the University of Wollongong in Australia, where I acquainted myself with the local startup market, attended an entrepreneurship summit in Sydney, and assisted in a university mechanical engineering Lab testing smart fluids for vibration-control inerter applications.Prior to my time at CU, I graduated early from high school and spent Spring 2022 in Tel Aviv. There, I was a Fintech analyst intern for a financial technology consultancy called Equitech Financial Consulting. I also have experience in internal network operations from my time at Xcel Energy in the summer of 2021. While hosting full time at a restaurant that Fall, I was on the teen advisory board for BeMe Health, an app-based mental health organization for youth. I have experience as a former life guard, commercial model/actor, and landscaper.
