   I recently accepted a role as PM for several projects in bureaus across the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Communication, collaboration and management at the most senior level is required for this role. The Commonwealth delivery center for DCNR, DEP and the Department of Agriculture is a hybrid project management environment, requiring managing projects both as a traditional project manager and serving as a scrum master on a scrum team. Knowledge and experience in additional agile frameworks is required for this role. I report to the business and service management director for the delivery center.The project manager position is virtual and not on-site for the immediate future due to Commonwealth COVID -19 safety restrictions, and will not have to kayak to work.
