ABOUT GAVIN JOHNSON

I fell into marketing when, in the first year of my MBA program, a friend said \"I think you\'d be great at it!\" Shortly after, I attended the Inbound conference in Boston that focuses on connecting sales and marketing professionals from around the globe with over attendees. From there, my career path had a new direction. The combined - somewhat paradoxical - elements of exact science and creativity drew me into the field of marketing. To be able to both create feelings or respond to customer engagement to build a brand is a truly exciting endeavor! As an experienced social media manager, I\'m able to work across a wide array of platforms while juggling social media calendars both on-going and for larger targeted marketing campaigns. With professional certifications in both Inbound marketing and content marketing from Hubspot Academy, I can help tailor content messaging to targeted segmentsWhen not at work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. Traveling and experiencing other cultures is a passion of mine, having visited 22 states and 5 countries. On a lazy day, you can find my girlfriend, my dog, and myself bumming around on the couch binge-watching a Netflix series. Personally and professionally, I enjoy meeting new people, can work in a team setting and pick other people\'s brains or independently. I believe that diversity of thought can solve the world\'s problems.
