Finding and developing talent has always been core to the success of Napoleon Creative. Coaching has been an essential part of this, both the coaching I\'ve undertaken to improve my leadership skills and develop the business, and also to develop my team to improve their performance and align their individual goals with those of the company. I\'ve now trained as a Coach, working with clients who are either freelancers looking to move up the career ladder, or creatives business owners who want to grow their own business. My frustration with receiving clumsy covering letters and poor CVs led me to start workshops on how to market yourself as a freelancer. This was developed into a book called Clearly Creative CVs, and I also run workshops for training organisations and film schools, helping them dramatically improve their students\' employment rates.

I have a knack for explaining complexity without getting complicated, in either story or execution.I parachute into their teams to clarity their business objectives and find creative ways to express the benefits of the work in a way that everyone understands, wherever they are in the organisation, both internally and externally.I then conduct my merry band of camera people, animators, illustrators and editors to create the right assets to fit the brief.
