Gavin McCulley is an experienced executive, U.S. Army veteran, and entrepreneur driven by a lifelong commitment to leadership, innovation, and service. As the President and Owner of Morgan 6, he leads a mission-driven team that empowers the U.S. government and its partners with advanced solutions in irregular warfare, information operations, contested logistics, and medical resiliency. Under his leadership, Morgan 6 supports the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, Justice, and Treasury Departments, delivering strategic expertise and operational excellence across the national security landscape.Gavin’s professional leadership journey began as a U.S. Army Officer, where he served as a logisitcs officer and commander in teh 18th Airborne Corp and 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He completed three combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and was decorated with three Bronze Star Medals. His time in uniform shaped his belief that adaptability, discipline, and teamwork are the cornerstones of mission success. After transitioning from military service, he applied those same principles to business—building, acquiring, and scaling companies across defense, technology, and hospitality.Today, Gavin oversees a diverse portfolio of ventures, including Morgan 6, Steel City Pizza Company, and Grayce Mountain Ranch, all guided by a shared mission of service, integrity, and impact. At Morgan 6, he has established a culture rooted in HEROIC values (Honor, Excellence, Resourcefulness, One Team, Iron Sharpens Iron, Castle Defense), ensuring every decision aligns with purpose and accountability.Beyond Morgan 6, Gavin remains deeply engaged in entrepreneurship and innovation.
