I lead product across a regulated SaaS platform in identity verification and compliance, working with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM to take work from backlog to business value in a space where getting things wrong has real consequences.My focus is on keeping delivery predictable, trade-offs visible, and the user journey simple, even when the underlying compliance requirements are anything but.Some of what I\'m most proud of from this period: leading the DIATF uplift end-to-end, which strengthened trust in enterprise sales. Introducing outcome-based roadmapping and a single prioritised backlog that made delivery more consistent and reduced work in progress. Owning the Source of Funds module from discovery through to multi-channel release, with Open Banking integration built in. Managing a full IDV provider migration to Onfido across web, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Expanding KYB capability to give clients programmatic access to company and sanctions data. Shipping Safe Harbour automation, reducing manual remediation and improving the experience for verified end users.
